Reorient · Effective 2026-06-18 · High Street Digital

Reorient ("Reorient," "we," "us") is an executive-function support tool that helps you break overwhelming moments into a single next step. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Reorient is a self-help tool, not a medical device, and not a substitute for professional care.

What we collect

How we use your information

AI processing and disclosure

Reorient's responses are generated by artificial intelligence. When you submit content, it is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to produce a response, then returned to you. AI output can be wrong or incomplete; treat it as a prompt, not professional advice.

Not medical advice; safety

Reorient does not diagnose, treat, or provide therapy, and is not a crisis service. If a submission suggests risk of harm, the app surfaces crisis resources, but it is not a substitute for emergency help. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line (in the US, call or text 988).

How we share data

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the app: our AI provider (Anthropic) for generating responses, hosting (Cloudflare), and our email/waitlist provider. Each handles data under its own terms. We may disclose information if required by law.

Storage and security

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the service, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your data, or removal from the waitlist, by emailing us at the address below.

Children

Reorient is intended for users 17 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
